Up to 3 months prior to the start of the holiday ? no charge
3 months to 1 month before scheduled day of arrival - 40%
1 month to 1 week before scheduled day of arrival - 70%
1 week before scheduled day of arrival - 90% of the booking price
Breakfast/Half board
For guests in the apartments, we offer the option of having breakfast provided in-house (? 9.00 per person and per day).
Short stay supplement
For short stays of up to three nights, we charge a supplement of ? 4.00 to ? 6.00.
Cleaning of apartments on departure
Charge for cleaning of apartments on departure ? 70.00 or ? 85.00.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.

Deposit
For binding reservations, we request a deposit within 10 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
